You can be out and not even be in it. You have to get out and apply skills. It is great to practice at home! That is a given and many hours I have applied skills to help perfect them in my back yard. Its my outdoor work shop, cause not everyday can I make it out to those favored haunts that are the stuff of my daydreams. However unless you get out there and truly learn and apply what each environment has to show you, you’ll never truly get to experience what it is to be “Outinit’!
